Firefox crashes every time i try to start it even in safe mode. only way to work is delete program. reboot computer and reinstall. and then it happens again.

Please note, that according to the information you have provided is for Thunderbird, not Firefox. Thunderbird is also a Mozilla product for viewing email and you can receive support for it, however, you may receive assistance faster if you post this question into the Thunderbird section of the forums.
