My address book in v. 32.0 will not sort properly e.g. by first, last, etc.; how can I correct this?

To Fabián Rodríguez- Thanks for your emailed response of today, 8/25.

1. That email offered no way to directly respond in the manner of establishing a "thread". So, I have to do it this way, by just finding a link in my History from yesterday. Too awkward!

This is (part of, copy|pasted here) all I could see in that email, that I could click on:

"This doesn't solve my problem "Browse for unsolved questions an..." Neither imply a "targeted" response means.

2. To answer you, the TB version I use is just 32.0.

3. How may I better respond next time? I note that here, while my original question shows up just above this box, there's no indication that this response is going to become part of that particular thread. All I get is the button, below, that reads, "Post Question". This isn't a question, of course, but rather, it's an answer to you. This ought to be cleared up, IMO.
