Solution to missing Start Button
To get Start button back: Click on "write" Press "Alt" ( this will bring up the menu bar if it is missing). "Right click" on the last bar from the top ( it's the one with "From" "Subject" "Date" etc. ) select "Reset columns to default"
The "SEND" button will not be active until you type an e-mail in the "TO" column
Have fun!
