Email sounds works one time, then does not work, was working first few days, how do i fix it?

I added a voice email sound and it worked fine for several days. then it stopped working accept when I close the program and restart it it works one time, then does not work again unless I closeout the thunderbird and reopen and then it works again one time only. I need help on how to fix this. I have a second computer and no problems on it. I have check all setting compare both computers and have them set the same, what am I missing?

Try restarting from the help menu with add-ons disabled and see if that helps.
