Crash ID: bp-479c4d83-64f0-4788-a63e-f3a562140602

I tried restarting in Safe Mode and resetting; it was a no-go on both accounts.

Your crash reports are showing that Firefox is crashing on libFontParser.dylib which could indicate a problem with your fonts.

You can do a check for corrupted and duplicate fonts and other font issues:

What happens if you restart your machine(Mac os) and then attempt for resetting again?? If after restarting machine it will opens then it might be from malware , so removing them works in that case.

On Mac OS,Firefox crashes at startup if it is set to open in 32-bit mode. Right-click (context-click) on the Firefox icon, then click on"Get Info". If the box for "Open in 32-bit mode" is checked, UNcheck it, then restart Firefox.

go for clean resetting firefox also works if you still found in crash .

I did restart my computer prior to resetting Firefox. Didn't work. I don't believe I have a malware problem.

I checked and my browser is not set to open in 32-bit mode. So I guess that's not the problem either.

I'm quite confused because Firefox was working just fine yesterday. It's never done this before.

The best cases can be found here about crashes : http://kb.mozillazine.org/Firefox_crashes you have to read for once...!!

also provide more information about like how crash is started ,as i checked crash id but it doesn't give necessary information . so one more try is to provide some causes(steps of starting crash) on comment box. then we dip more on problem .

I have to read for once? I've been reading all morning, friend, I've been trying to figure out this problem myself which is why I ended up here. So here's a rundown of things I've tried:

Resetting, clean reinstalling, booting up in Safe Mood, clearing my Firefox caches, deleting all of my profiles… I'm currently going through and trying to validate all of my fonts, etc.

I click on Firefox, the window comes up, and about 5 seconds later, regardless of whether or not I try to go to a website (I don't have a homepage), it freezes then promptly crashes. The crash report window comes up. That's all that happens. Nothing I do changes it.

As far as I know, nothing has changed from yesterday, so I literally have no idea what the hell is wrong.

Update: Turns out Firefox isn't working on the other user's account, either. Safari is just fine.

Taking to a long startup time is somewhat mashes your day ,to remove it out go http://mzl.la/MP4wqF

only reinstalling is not a done ,as there is a key is still stored in registry.

One thing you can do :

goto APPDATA> Mozilla>Firefox>Crash report>>submitted Open the most recent 5 files with a text editor and copy the IDs. Paste each ID with bp- into the reply window .
