Using TB 24.5.0 on Windows 8.0. Starting this morning, when I start TB it only displays ONE Inbox instead of the 8 or so accounts I have. When TB starts I briefly see all the Inboxes but when startup is complete, only one Inbox is shown. I do see all the accounts in Account Settings, including passwords. If I click on Get Mail, it shows the list of all the accounts. I can Get Mail for all or any of the accounts, see new emails come in on the popup window, but can't find the Inbox to display from any other than one of the accounts. I've rebooted several times which triggered several MS Updates to install, but the issue persists. I don't believe I am using the Global Folder feature for all accounts as I don't see that setting under Accounts. How can I get TB to display all of my Inboxes, sent items, Junk, etc. for each account like I had yesterday?

What happens if you select View(or AppMenu)/Folders/All?

You may want to delete a file like foldertree.json:

Did you create a Virtual Folder?
