  • Haz click en el botón de menú La imagen "fx57menu" no existe., luego, haz click en Ayuda y selecciona Más Información de Solución de Problemas. La pestaña Información de Solución de Problemas se abrirá.
  • Bajo la sección Configuración Básica de Aplicación, encuentra la fila de Carpeta de PerfilDirectorio de Perfil , luego haz click sobre Abrir CarpetaMostrar en FinderAbrir Directorio. Se abrirá una ventana con el contenido de tu carpeta de perfil.Se abrirá tu carpeta de perfil.
Nota: Si no puedes abrir o utilizar Thunderbird, sigue las instrucciones en Encontrando tu perfil sin abrir Thunderbird.
