I like to use this extension <https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/inlinedisposition-reloaded/>, but I want to use it selectively. It could be changed, but would require coding work from the developer or me (and I don't know how to code). So a button to enable and disable that extension (which does not require restarting Firefox) would perfectly solve it.

Is there any other extension, script or trick that could provide this kind of shortcut?

It could also be a hotkey or anything quicker/easier/shorter than opening about:addons and enabling/disabling it.

dyvik1001, thank you for your answer, but that's even longer than opening about:addons it a new tab. I want something shorter. I want to click something once, or type once a hotkey combination.

Your path implies all this: (1) clicking Firefox button, (2) clicking Addons, (3) clicking Extensions, (4) eventually scrolling to see the specific extension, (5) clicking Disable, (6) closing the Addons tab.

I want something six times shorter than that. Does anyone know a solution for this?
