hotmail in FF does not send links
I have done the steps shown in Help that sets hotmail as default, and the settings in Options are correct. I can use hotmail in IE and links in the mail work fine. In FF15, they result in just text.

In the Hotmail editor there is a button to create a hyperlink on the button toolbar, just above the text area where you compose a new message.
That button has a tooltip Insert Hyperlink (looks like a sphere with a chain below it).

I am embarrassed that after all this time I never thought of that. Yes, it is there and it worked. I am a bit annoyed that if I want to send 5 links then I have to do this five times.
But it does work. Crude, but it works
