My pc crashed and I had to reinstall win. Instead of reinstalling XP I decided to install win7. It looks like it kept a folder with old stuff in.

I did back up my passwords from Password Protector, but I didn't export them ( I'm not sure the version I had before gave me the opportunity to do so, or maybe it was another program I used) I copied some file(s) and saved them to my other drive, but they might also still be on my C: in the win.old folder.

I've been searching the web for 2 days now, hoping to find the site that explained how to backup the passwords like I did a few months ago, but with no luck.

Can someone please help me?

I found the info in this forum, off cause right after I posted here, even I have spend two days looking for it.

I did a search for two files: signons.sqlite and key3.db and moved them to my present folder. That did it.
