the mastheads on webpages do no appear and the pages do not fully load. This happens on both firefax and on thunderbird, I cannot show remote content on emails. this problem does not occur on earthlink through internet explorer. did something happen when firfox was updated to version 7?

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Accessibility settings.

  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Colors : [X] "Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above"
