when I log on to the site and want to make a payment on the site, it says that the pop up blocker stops it from going further to the payment site to finish my work. It worked fine before haveing the upgrade of fire fox

The obvious is Tools > Options > Content > [_] Block pop-up windows
Other things sites might complain about
- JavaScript being blocked ( Tools > Options > Content > JavaScript > Exceptions to override)
- Redirect blocking
- Flash blocking
- Ad blocking
