Hi, I reinstall my operating system after crash, installing firefox and configure synchronization using my Sync Key, but this something not working, where are my bookmarks, settings, passwords? May well something wrong understand? Synchronization not working on one computer, need two or more? Will possible retrieval my bookmarks, settings?

Sorry to read that. Unfortunately, Firefox Sync is not a back up service and the information is stored in the servers only temporarily so the rest of your devices can get the information.
