do I keep gmail address same?
Tried to send mail and informed that it was invalid so it prompted me to update browser, hence here I am without a clue as to what happened and why? Confused and do not know what to do anymore ...

When you tried to send mail in Gmail, you received a message to update your browser? It looks to me that you are using Android correct? The latest version for Android is 5.0 which you are running so I'm not sure why your seeing that message.

This isn't a Firefox support issue, you are using the Mobile Safari web browser, regardless of the Mozilla/ 5.0 at the start of the UA string. That is a "compatibility" indicator - even older versions of IE6 have Mozilla/4.0 at the start of the UA string.
