Pop-up blocker exception list is cleared at Firefox 3.6.12 startup.
Whenever I allow pop-ups for a web site, the specification to allow block-ups for that website is lost after a restart. I.e., upon starting Firefox, the Pop-up blocker exception list is empty.

Make sure that you do not use Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox to clear the "Site Preferences"
Clearing "Site Preferences" in "Clear Recent History" will remove exceptions that are stored in content-prefs.sqlite (site specific settings for zoom) and permissions.sqlite (exceptions for images, cookies, pop-ups, software; Tools > Page Info > Permissions) in the Profile Folder.
The password exceptions (Tools > Options > Security: Passwords: Show Passwords) are also removed from signons.sqlite.

I have the same problem, but with 6.0b2.
my site preferences are not deleted at restart (checked only "Donload History", everything else should be kept) I also tried to delete my prefs.js.
but nothing is working. atfer each restart my exception list is empty :( andy ideas?
