It tells that your outgoing server is not available now. Was it working in the past for Thunderbird?

If not, you may need to check your outgoing server settings in both Thunderbird and in your web email's settings.

I do not know how to check server settings. Got a hint?

In Thunderbird, when you set up your email account, there is a step to check your SMTP server.

In your email's webmail page, you should have a settings menu. Normally, there is an entry to let you set if you allow an email client like Thunderbird to connect to your server.

I fixed it by starting a new email account with gmail. Time Warner was the screw up.
