Firefox crashed. Google email account deleted. Need to restore to a previous session
Firefox on desktop crashed. When it crashed, it deleted the Google email account I use to login for many sites. When I tried to retrieve that account, Google responded that it is deleted and the name cannot be reused.
Is there any way to resurrect a session from, say, 5 hours ago.

Firefox can restore tabs and windows from a crash, but it can’t resurrect a deleted Google account. Try History → Restore Previous Session first, or about:sessionrestore. For the Google account itself, go through Google’s account recovery page as soon as possible. Recently deleted accounts may still be recoverable.
Thank you. I did try Restore Previous Session, but neither of the first two methods worked.
I looked at Advanced Backup, but I didn't understand the steps.
Did try to use Google account recovery and the reply was user name/account deleted, and disallowed to use the same name to attach to main account.
