Question requesting support has disappeared?
Put up a message regarding support to resolve issue with Thunderbird this morning. Cannot see the message or if any answers? Query was ref downloading email & history to Thunderbird while moving to another server provider (Gandi) and all history now missing.

Your thread is at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1590760 as you can look at top right and hover over your name and either click on My Questions or View Profile for threads/replies search links.
To reply to a thread scroll down to Post a Reply box, type in your reply then click on Post Reply.
