I accidentally changed the language of my Firefox and I can't read the information in my settings to change it back to English

If you add a screenshot of the incorrect language to a post here, we might be able to identify it and give you steps to walk through to change it back.
When I take a screenshot and try to post it, I just get garbles. Probably because the language is stuck on NL. Please advise how to take a proper screenshot in English

You posted with an Android user agent, nut you posted this in desktop Firefox. On what platform are you using Firefox?
