i'm not connecting to my web site www.kroger.com something has me blocked . i tried everything to get in the message says secured connection failed . i called kroger stores and they said it is an internet problem .

Since 2-18-26 I have been getting this notice from Kroger web site.
"Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.kroger.com/" on this server.

Have done all the above suggestions, no luck.
