Hi Richard

I am unable to play that video where I am in the UK. Are you able to share a screenshot of the error you are seeing when you try to play the video?

That video plays for me with Firefox on Linux.

One thing to make sure you have installed is FFmpeg so you can fully support HTL5 video players on Linux as it is not installed in a new Linux distro install.
