Simply put, I continue to get a message window telling me to update Firefox. I continue to get a response saying I need Windows 10 or later installed. I am running Windows 11 Home on my PC. Multiple attempts to get a reply on this from Mozilla Support. No replies.

Hi Tom

I have had a look at your three previous questions. One was responded to and you have not come back to us. Another was mistakenly identified as spam and unfortunately the other we did not get back to. Please appreciate that most of the people answering questions here are volunteer contributors and are not paid staff.

Do you have any add-ons installed in Firefox? Which ones do you have installed?

Are you using a VPN or other security software?
