Add shortcut.
The add shortcut disappears after I add website shortcuts to the desktop.

If you meant shortcuts on the Firefox Home page and you see the page is autocompleted with shortcuts you have not added, you can just edit any of them (which will automatically make the edited shortcut pinned, meaning it will always stay at the same position). See this article for details.
I had a change to my shortcuts. I have had a site called "groupon" appear in my shortcuts that I did not insert . Is it normal for sites to be pushed to firefox 139 shortcuts?
