Can you get to in any browser? If so, post a screenshot. This works. see screenshot https://services.nidw.gov.bd/nid-pub/
I was curious so I installed Chromium to test and had the same PR error.
My issue happens on several web sites, but most recently on mytravel.state.gov which gives the below message. Note the login works on the Social Security website in FireFox. I can log in to mytravel using MS Edge.
