To sign I need to include city & state. Firefox tells me it doesn't recognize city. Nearest city only has 1,600 people. How do I get past this?

Trying to sign up for Mozilla Monitor. It wants my City and State but doesn't recognize it when I type it in so I can't use the Monitor. My address is a "city" of only 1,600 people and apparently too small to be in their data bank. What do I do?

Also my email has now changed. Don't know how to change it but they didn't ask for it for monitor. Confused here. (Okay, I'm 78 and though I have a 90s Multimedia Degree things just change too fast for me to keep up.)
