Sounds like a Firefox issue, not the printer. Try clearing the print settings in Firefox (about\:config → search for “print\_” and reset them), or just refresh Firefox. Also make sure it’s using the correct printer and not “Save to PDF” or similar. Had the same issue once reset fixed it.
