I have have just come across this information and have no idea what add on it is referring to. I'm not one that uses much in the way off add ons. Here I am, 79 next month. I have only my desktop PC. I don't own/use a mobile phone, ipad or any other devices. I use my PC for emails and using the net for research, general information, buying products, ecards etc. I play a couple of games, Lovatts puzzles (3 games), jigzone, word wipe from Washington Post. If I have taken on/used an add on it was with limited knowledge and it certainly was not my intention to cause any problem. Does the block also mean that I am not protected from viruses or malware etc? Please let me know the outcome of your decision. Thanking you in advance. You need to find someone you trust that can help post a screenshot of the issue for others to know what it's saying or what site your on when this happens.

Apart from not knowing much about taking a screen shot. Screen shot below, I've just had my grandson to help
