Thunderbird gives an error message when I try to add a second email address. It is a Charter Communications Spectrum email address. Checked and rechecked the email address and password. I called the Spectrum help line and verified I had the correct server, incoming port, outgoing port, SSL on. Do not know how to proceed to use this email address on Thunderbird.
