I'm sorry I have FIREFOX it causes nothing but problems. No way to actually TALK to someone to get help.
Useless, as far as I'm concerned. Any chance someone can really help me??????

How is Firefox responsible for download issues or repair person to fix the computer? This forum is just user help reply there is no chat or email.

Are you sure this repair person/download is legit? Unfortunately, that is a way that scammers get into peoples' bank and other accounts. Please be super-cautious about letting anyone have remote control of your devices.
Anyway, is there a problem with your Firefox? What is the computer issue you are trying to repair?
