Check the latest version of Google app from the App Store. 

   Make sure that your mobile data or Wi-Fi connection is ON for Google.
   Reset your iPhone and then try to access Google.
   Quit the Google. For this, press the home button two times and then swipe the Google up and then press home button one time.
