I saw a place says downloads but i don’t know can i download anything or how i can.For example i want to download movie.Can i do that?

You can download files using Firefox on iOS by following the instructions in this link: Download Photos and Files Firefox iOS

If you're trying to stream to your device, say with Netflix or something, I'd recommend using the relevant apps to stream to your phone.
