Firefox will not launch anymore, is it because I'm still using XP?
I've re-downloaded and installed, but when it comes to launching it won't. When I try to re-install it tells me to close Firefox and it's not open (launched). I've removed it from my programs and re-installed but still won't launch.

hi, it's not because you're still on xp - you'll soon receive no more firefox security updates for that outdated system, but firefox will still be able to run.

None of the tools recommended will run on XP. Are there tools that will run with XP?
Malwarebytes does : Windows XP (Service Pack 3 or later, 32-bit only)
this was in the list and does support XP
Google the results before doing anything. Save the Report. If need to contact support for help. Good people, i own the product.
