How can I publish my lightning Home calendar to a google calendar?

You can't. A local calendar is just as the name suggests - local.

You'll need to create a network calendar and connect it to an existing Google Calendar on the server. There are different ways to connect to the Google Calendar. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/using-lightning-google-calendar
