I have no email tool bar and do not have a send button. No file link either can you help

I can write an email, but there is no tool bar above the new email to be able to send it. There is not "file" either. What can I do?/

The alt key has revealed hidden menu bars since the beginning of Windows.

Open a Write window. Press the alt key to make the Menu Bar appear. Select View-Toolbars and turn the missing toolbars back on..

Send is on the Composition Toolbar. File is on the Menu Bar

I do not have a write button, The only was I can write on an email is if I hit forward or reply/...but there is nothing there to send anything..

So did you press the alt key. You have already said you have no toolbar.
