certificates. I have game certificates that have expired and I do not know how to fix this.
I buy my games from Wild Tangent. when I have an expired license I was told that I needed to contact Firefox to fix the problem. I tried to do it myself but nothing worked and may have messed it up even more. Not computer literate and need someone to walk me thru the steps.

Many games that run in a tab in your browser (like on Facebook and Pogo) use the Flash plugin. Maybe that's not applicable to Wild Tangent games.

There isn't a particular place in Firefox to enter a license code for a website. Did they send you any instructions on what you're supposed to do? I don't even see the word "expired" in their help pages: https://support.wildtangent.com/hc/en-us/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&query=expired

first of all I went back to the game I was having problems with and it now works! While I was waiting for your reply I went back to the game to try to get info to help to solve my problem for you. It started working! the certificate was from 10/16 to 10/17. whatever I did, It must have worked. The instructions I am talking about is the ones on the certificate notice where you can view the certificate. It asks if you want to pick a logical certificate company. which I did, and it said it went thru but then the screen froze and I could not get rid of the certificate notice or anything. so I re-booted. I tried it later and it worked. I am hoping it will stay that way. I have not checked it yet today.
