First, check to see if it is in your Windows Trash, If so, 'right-click [the file] - Restore'

If not, you will have to create a new shortcut.

Windows Path to target file C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Thunderbird\thunderbird.exe (Can't find target file? Is Thunderbird installed?)

'right-click - create shortcut - [pop-up appears - ...on desktop instead? ] [Yes]'
