does firefox run with cyanogen mod on a samsung galaxy ace s5830?
my samsung galaxy ace s5830 had a cyanogen mod version 10.2 (compareable to android 4.2.2). but this was not compatible with the actual ff version for android. then i upgraded to cyanogen mod version 11.1 (compareable to android 4.4.4. kitkat). but still the actual ff version for android is not compatible wirh this hardware/software-configuration. the download in google play store is always denied.
my questions are: is ff generally running on cyanogen mod versions (custom rom) with my samsung galaxy ace s 5830? if not, which is the lowest (oldest) "samsung galaxy s"-series, where i can download ff for android, and what android version do i need at least?

This old phone from 2011 has a ARMv6 type of cpu which is no longer supported.
as of Firefox 31.0 the support for ARMv6 was dropped as only ARMv7 and Intel x86 is supported.

still i would like to know, on which samsung galaxy s-series firefox is still running in an android version? is it still running on the s2-series, or do i need at least an galaxy s3 smartphone today? and which android os do i need to make firefox for android work?

Firefox will run on any Android phone running Android 2.3 or newer with an ARMv7 or x86 CPU. A galaxy s3 or s4 will have much better performance.
