In it they say that Mozilla Thunderbird doesn't support sending emails as a batch using HTML. They are right. I can send emails through TB when I manually create an invoice but if I do a batch it makes HTML look like plain text.

Sending manually works fine. Sending as a batch doesn't. Any ideas I can try? Thank you in advance.

The problem here is we have no idea what quickbooks does or what the technical process these guys are going through is.


If they can make it work for one mail, what is the issue with more mails? I doubt you will get resolution here.
