Can I send bulk mail about 350 emails at one time
I manage a club mailing with about 280 subscribers. I need to send emails to all of them. Can I use thunderbird for this??

certainly you can use Thunderbird, but you will need to locate a provider that will accept that many mails. I do not know of one outside of commercial marketing mail companies. Google limits you to 100 per email.
