The formatting appears to have scrambled. Stars are not available in colors they are described in text. Photos aren't visible on sites. I went to I am Bored and couldn't see any of the thumbnails and when I tried to open a link there was no photo or video.

If images are missing then check that you aren't blocking images from some domains.

  • Check the permissions for the domain in the current tab in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"
  • Check that images are enabled: Tools > Options > Content: [X] Load images automatically
  • Check the exceptions in "Tools > Options > Content: Load Images > Exceptions"
  • Check the "Tools > Page Info > Media" tab for blocked images (scroll through all the images with the cursor Down key).

If an image in the list is grayed and there is a check-mark in the box "Block Images from..." then remove that mark to unblock the images from that domain.

Make sure that you do not block third-party images permissions.default.images

There are also extensions (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) and security software (firewall, anti-virus) that can block images.

This is excellent help, but I had already tried all of those things. I wasn't sure if the problem was Google or Mozilla. I upgraded my Mozilla to 7.0.1 and when I finished everything the formatting began slowly to unscramble and I am now able to see imaged in Gmail. Whether it could possibly have anything to do with my Gmail I have no clue, but as of now all is as it should be. I thank you very much for your efforts and I have saved your suggestions just in case. Thank you ,

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Windows Accessibility settings.
