Firefox keeps crashing. Doesn't matter if I just open it or click on a link to go somewhere else. Deleted the current one and re installed firefox. Same problem. Never had problems before. Now it won't stop crashing! Thanks.
Never had problems until this week. Grandkids were on my computer. May or may not mean anything. When I am on facebook for example and click on a link for a coupon or more info. to another site it crashes. But it also crashes when I just open it. Very frustrated! Any help would be appreciated. I don't know a lot about computers but I can usually figure things out. This one has me stumped! Thanks for any help.

Not for sure what I did but it is back working again. I 'think somehow' I got it into safe mode. Wish I knew more of what I did to help others. Just kept playing around with it until it stopped crashing. Also had to change some other things as my grand kids came for a visit and played games and changed all kinds of things on my computer. So not sure what really did the trick. As I had a lot to change back. Good luck to others having this problem. Very frustrating I know.
