I used my internet, including firefox, earlier this morning. Now I am no longer able to access it. What do I have to do to use it again?

Thank you, Denys. I am nearly 80 years old and quite computer ignorant so I had my computer person get in and fix the issues. It turned out Spectrum (my internet provider) was doing upgrades in the system recently and somehow there were some consequences. However, my friend has put it back to the way I want it so I am fine now.

Are other browsers/apps able to access the internet? If so (and the problem occurs only in Firefox), what error messages do you see?
