Your account seems to be an IMAP account. You don't need both folders "Envoyés" and "Messages Envoyés". It's one or the other, probably "Envoyés". To subscribe (or disable) folders of an IMAP account > right-click on the account name > Subscribe ... opens the folder list (image). Even if you use the French version of Thunderbird the folder names in the list are mostly in English, at least for system folders. "Tous les messages" (or All Messages) is imposed by Gmail. It contains duplicates of all your Gmail messages, so can uncheck it in the list. I don't know where the generic (yellow) folder 'Important' comes from. Maybe you've created yourself to keep messages to reply to (some sort of ToDo folder) ....
