I can't watch videos at many websites, ieg. Dailymotion, interwencja.polsatnews.pl or uwaga.tvn.pl. Embeded player seems working, but video is still buffering and won't even starts.

Youtube works correctly. Problem is not solved by disable all plugins and re-install whole browser.

Sounds like it site issue as unless one is from Poland one will know the issues. If YouTube works fine then it more likely the site.
