If I open firefox at all it doesn't load anything. Not webpages, not settings, the only thing it can do is sync and see my phone's webpages. I can do a temporary fix by going to the uninstall page and refreshing the browser instead of uninstalling. If I close it from then on it stops loading.

I have tried closing it in task manager, deleting the .lock file, setting the profile to not read only and restarting my computer. None of these seem to work.

I am on Windows 11 if that helps.

I love this browser and the fact that privacy is number 1. I don't want to switch back to brave or even *shudder* opera...

You can check for issues caused by a corrupted or incomplete Visual C++ installation that is missing runtime components (Redistributable Packages) required by Firefox, especially VCRUNTIME140_1.dll.

See "Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022":

You may also have to install the Visual Studio 2013 Redistributable Package. You need to reboot the computer.

So I downloaded the vc_redist x64 and installed it but the problem is still happening. I'll get some screenshots and clips. Is there a log I can send?
