Very simple request. I posted a question about logging in to server 'outlook.office365.com' from Thunderbird. I've now had a helpful answer from 'panoskol'.

1. How can I send a thank-you message, please?

2. More generally, how can I see my original question, and thread, if I want to? This is so I can see what movement there has been. As you might gather, getting into support forums is something I'm not good at. Are there general instructions somewhere? (Yes, I ought to know.)
