It happens on BBC Arabic radio streaming: https://www.bbc.com/arabic/bbc_arabic_radio/liveradio It also happens on Radio Svoboda: https://www.svoboda.org/live/audio/81 And on Echo Moskby: https://echo.msk.ru/sounds/stream.html And on Monte Carlo Arabic: https://www.mc-doualiya.com/ (streaming module on top of page).

I seem to have no add-on installed (when I go to Add-ons, it only lists ’recommended add-ons’.)

So the problem is still unsolved. Thanks.
