Do you mean your Firefox Account, used for the Sync service?

I don't think you can change anything related to that account if you cannot respond to an email verification.

You can create a new Firefox Account using an email address that you use now. However, I don't think there will be a way to link it to your old information. Hopefully you have a backup of the information from your old Firefox that you can use for manually restoring old data to your new Firefox.

Note that it is currently possible to add a secondary account for Sync as a safeguard.

You open the Options/Preferences page (about:preferences). Go to the Sync tab and sign in if necessary. Click the "Manage account" button. This should open the Firefox Account settings page.

On this page there is a "Secondary email" button.
