I have noticed that since an upgrade to Windows 10 and a switchover from AVG to BitDefender 2016, the email "attach a file" dialog takes up to 20 seconds before reaching a selectable state. I have an SSD and have verified that other programs (Excel, WORD, CHROME UPLOAD, etc) do not have an issue - it's just Thunderbird.

How can I troubleshoot this issue?
