Hey! Choose the bookmark that you want to displayed and transfer them to "Bookmark Toolbar". You will able to see the bookmarks that you want to displayed.

Do you have any extensions that modify bookmarks? On the right side of the "Page Bookmarked" pop-up, in the same row as "Folder:" should be a down arrow which shows your entire bookmark tree. See screenshot.
